A delegation will visit Baghdad this week

A delegation from the Kurdistan Regional government will visit Baghdad this week to discuss three important issues: the budget, oil and article 140, the Head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party's block in the Federal Parliament said. In a statement to the official website of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Dr. Vian Sabri said that a delegation from the Kurdistan Regional Government, which includes members of the technical committee formed by both sides, will visit Baghdad this week to meet with the relevant Iraqi officials, to discuss the problems that remain outstanding between "Erbil and Baghdad and discuss ways to speed up their resolution." "Three important issues will be discussed during this visit: oil, budget and article 140," Dr Sabri said. "We hope that the two sides will reach a full agreement on the Region's share of next year's budget before it is sent to the House of Representatives," she added.
